W L Trout Promotions Pty Ltd  reserves the right to change these Terms at any time by posting them on the Site. Links or content from other web sites ("Third-Party Sites") are governed by the Terms for the Third-Party Sites.

Permitted Use. The information, images, and software ("Content") on this Site is the property of W L Trout Promotions Pty Ltd and/or third parties supplying information to the Site. W L Trout Promotions Pty Ltd does not disclose any personal information Children under the age of 16 are prohibited from submitting personal information to W L Trout Promotions Pty Ltd Federal Law prohibits websites from collecting and/or distributing personal information from children without parental consent. At this time, W L Trout Promotions Pty Ltd has no effective means to obtain and track parental consent. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold W L Trout Promotions Pty Ltd its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents and other partners and employees,contractors,sub-contractors, harmless from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Site and or the events and performances ticketed through it. W L Trout Promotions Pty Ltd hires all performers in good faith and cannot be held responsible for negligence by performers or Sub Contractors in regard to their performance or information received from Performers in regard to their promotion material.

 Refunds In the event W L Trout Promotions Pty Ltd refunds a ticketed item a $5.00 charge will be incurred for each transaction (Not each tickrt) for handling fees by the customer should W L Trout Promotions Pty Ltd  accept the customers request for a refund.

Force Majeure     W L Trout Promotions Pty Ltd is not liable for failure to perform the party's obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (regardless of whether war is declared), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalisation, government sanction, blockage, illness, transportation,electrical malfunction, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service. No party is entitled to terminate the conditions of use in such circumstances,providing the event is rescheduled or monies refunded within twelve months of the original performance date.
