W L Trout Promotions was first formed in NZ in the early 70s and then crossed the Tasman in 1976. The company has been instrumental in bringing shows to Australia including the Animals, The Platters, Hermans Hermits, The Fortunes, The Drifters and so it goes on . The company has also promoted acts including Leo Sayer , The Shirelles , Isla Grant and many more overseas.
